त्रेता त्रीणि सहस्राणि युगसंख्याविदो विदुः तस्यापि त्रिशती संध्या संध्यांशः संध्यया समः //

Transliteration

tretā trīṇi sahasrāṇi yugasaṃkhyāvido viduḥ tasyāpi triśatī saṃdhyā saṃdhyāṃśaḥ saṃdhyayā samaḥ //

Translation

યુગગણના જાણનારાઓ કહે છે કે ત્રેતા‑યુગ ત્રણ હજાર (દૈવી વર્ષો)નું છે. તેની સંધ્યા ત્રણસો છે અને સંધ્યાંશ પણ સંધ્યા સમાન છે.
