प्रियव्रतात् प्रजावत्यां वीरात् कन्या व्यजायत ।
कन्या सा तु महाभागा कर्दमस्य प्रजापते ॥
priyavratāt prajāvatyāṃ vīrāt kanyā vyajāyata |
kanyā sā tu mahābhāgā kardamasya prajāpate ||
વીર પ્રિયવ્રત અને પ્રજાવતીથી એક પુત્રી જન્મી. તે પુણ્યવતી પુત્રી પ્રજાપતિ કર્દમ સાથે સંબદ્ધ થઈ।
