Adhyaya 26Madālasa Names Alarka and Reorients Him Toward Kshatriya Duty

यथायथं बलं लेभे यथा लेभे मतिं पितुः ।

तथा तथात्मबोधञ्च सोऽवापन्मातृभाषितैः ॥

yathāyathaṃ balaṃ lebhe yathā lebhe matiṃ pituḥ / tathā tathātmabodhaṃ ca so 'vāpan mātṛbhāṣitaiḥ

તે ધીમે ધીમે બળવાન બન્યો અને પિતૃવંશને અનુરૂપ જે બોધ અપેક્ષિત હતો તે પ્રાપ્ત કર્યો; તેમજ માતાના વચનો દ્વારા આત્મજ્ઞાન પણ પ્રાપ્ત કર્યું।
