दत्त्वान्यद्भूबुजे दद्युर्यदि भागं ततोऽधिकम् ।

पण्यादीनामशेषाणां वणिजो गृह्णतस्ततः ॥

Transliteration

dattvānyad bhūbhuje dadyur yadi bhāgaṃ tato 'dhikam /

paṇyādīnām aśeṣāṇāṃ vaṇijo gṛhṇatas tataḥ

Translation

ચૂકવ્યા પછી પણ જો લોકોને ભૂમિભોક્તા રાજાને યોગ્ય કરતાં વધુ ભાગ આપવા માટે બળજબરી કરવામાં આવે, તો વેપારીઓ તમામ માલસામાન વગેરે પાછું ખેંચી લે છે અથવા લાવવાનું બંધ કરે છે.
