गोप्रदानगुणाः तथा कपिलागोविधानम्
Merits of Cow-Gift and the Origin-Account of Kapilā Cows
क्षत्रियस्य गुणैरेतैरपि तुल्यफलं शृणु । तस्यापि द्विजतुल्या गौर्भवतीति विनिश्चय:
kṣatriyasya guṇair etair api tulyaphalaṁ śṛṇu | tasyāpi dvijatulyā gaur bhavatīti viniścayaḥ ||
ભીષ્મ બોલ્યા—આ જ ગુણોથી યુક્ત ક્ષત્રિયને પણ સમાન ફળ મળે છે, તે સાંભળો. ધર્માત્માઓનો દૃઢ નિશ્ચય છે કે તેના દ્વારા દાનમાં અપાયેલી ગાય પણ બ્રાહ્મણની ગાય જેટલું જ પુણ્યફળ આપે છે.
