भीष्म उवाच
Bhishma affirms the truthfulness of the king/prince’s stated view on conduct and understanding regarding women, emphasizing that ethical counsel should be grounded in truth and careful speech.
In the Anushasana Parva’s instructional dialogue, Bhishma responds to a Kuru prince/king, confirming that the preceding remarks about women are accurate, thereby continuing a didactic section on social and moral norms.
