Sukta 53
सं वर्चसा पयसा सं तनूभिरगन्महि मनसा सं शिवेन । त्वष्टा नो अत्र वरीयः कृणोत्वनु नो मार्ष्टु तन्वो३यद् विरिष्टम्
sáṁ várcasā páyasā sáṁ tanū́bhir ágannmahi mánasā sáṁ śivéna | tváṣṭā no átra várīyaḥ kṛṇotu ánu no mārṣṭu tanvò yád víriṣṭam
With lustre, with milk, with our bodies—together; with mind together, with the auspicious—so have we attained. Let Tvaṣṭṛ here make for us the better state; and let him, in due course, wipe away from our body whatever is marred.
વર્ચસ (તેજ) સાથે, પયસ (દૂધ/પોષણ) સાથે, દેહો સાથે—એકત્ર; મન સાથે એકત્ર, શિવ (મંગલ) સાથે એકત્ર—અમે આવી રીતે પ્રાપ્ત થયા છીએ. અહીં ત્વષ્ટા અમારે માટે વધુ ઉત્તમ અવસ્થા કરે; અને યોગ્ય ક્રમે અમારા દેહમાંથી જે કંઈ વિરીષ્ટ (ક્ષત/બગડેલું) છે તે સાફ કરી દે.
