विषांशुश्चेति ज हविर्ज्यामघः पापघ्नो ज्यामघः स्त्रीजितो ऽभवत् सेव्यायां ज्यामघादासीद्विदर्भस्तस्य कौशिकः

પછી વિષાંશુ, ત્યારબાદ જ, હવિ અને પાપઘ્ન જ્યામઘ થયો. તે જ્યામઘ પત્નીના વશમાં (સ્ત્રીજિત) થયો. જ્યામઘથી સેવ્યા દ્વારા વિદર્ભ જન્મ્યો; તેનો (વંશજ) કૌશિક હતો.
