ध्वजं पताकां धर्मज्ञ कालज्ञस्त्वभिमन्त्रयेत् अभिमन्त्र्य ततः सर्वान् कुर्यात् कुञ्जरधूर्गतान्
dhvajaṃ patākāṃ dharmajña kālajñastvabhimantrayet abhimantrya tataḥ sarvān kuryāt kuñjaradhūrgatān
ધર્મજ્ઞ અને યોગ્ય સમય જાણનાર વ્યક્તિ ધ્વજ તથા પતાકાને મંત્રોથી વિધિપૂર્વક અભિમંત્રિત કરે. અભિમંત્રિત કર્યા પછી સૌને હાથીદળની નિર્ધારિત પંક્તિઓમાં ગોઠવે.
