Chapter 226 — राजधर्माः

Rājadharma: Royal Duties and Daṇḍanīti

समाप्नुयान्नरः पूर्वं दमं मध्यममेव वा द्रव्यमादाय वणिजामनर्घेणावरुन्धतां

samāpnuyānnaraḥ pūrvaṃ damaṃ madhyamameva vā dravyamādāya vaṇijāmanargheṇāvarundhatāṃ

માણસે પહેલાં પૂર્વનિર્ધારિત ભાવ, અથવા મધ્યમ (ન્યાય્ય) ભાવ જ મેળવવો જોઈએ. માલ લઈ અતિશય/અન્યાય ભાવ માગીને વેપારીઓને અટકાવવો કે દબાવવો ન જોઈએ.
