यस्मिन् कर्मणि कौशल्यं यस्य तस्मिन् नियोजयेत् पितृपैतामहान् भृत्यान् सर्वकर्मसु योजयेत्
yasmin karmaṇi kauśalyaṃ yasya tasmin niyojayet pitṛpaitāmahān bhṛtyān sarvakarmasu yojayet
જે કાર્યમાં જેની કુશળતા હોય, તેને એ જ કાર્યમાં નિયુક્ત કરવો જોઈએ; તેમજ પિતા અને પિતામહના સમયથી રહેલા વંશપરંપરાગત સેવકોને પણ સર્વ કાર્યોમાં જોડવા જોઈએ।
