हर्म्यादि धनिनां वासःप्रासादो देवभूभुजां स्त्री द्वार्द्वारं प्रतीहारः स्याद्वितर्दिस्तु वेदिका

harmyādi dhanināṃ vāsaḥprāsādo devabhūbhujāṃ strī dvārdvāraṃ pratīhāraḥ syādvitardistu vedikā

હર્મ્ય વગેરે ધનવાનોનું નિવાસસ્થાન છે; પ્રાસાદ દેવો અને રાજાઓનું ભવન છે. ‘સ્ત્રી’ એટલે દ્વારની ચોકઠ, ‘દ્વારદ્વાર’ એટલે પ્રવેશદ્વાર; ‘પ્રતીહાર’ એટલે દ્વારપાળ; અને ‘વિતર્દિ’ એટલે વેદિકા સમાન ઊંચો મંચ.
