अङ्गुष्ठकद्वये वह्निस्तर्जन्यादौ परेषु च शिरोललाटवक्त्रेषु हृन्नाभिगुह्यजानुषु
aṅguṣṭhakadvaye vahnistarjanyādau pareṣu ca śirolalāṭavaktreṣu hṛnnābhiguhyajānuṣu
બન્ને અંગૂઠાં પર ‘વહ્નિ’ તત્ત્વનો ન્યાસ કરવો; તેમજ તર્જનીથી આરંભ કરીને અન્ય આંગળીઓ પર પણ ક્રમે સ્થાપિત કરવો. પછી શિર, લલાટ, મુખ, હૃદય, નાભિ, ગુહ્ય પ્રદેશ અને ઘૂંટણ પર પણ ન્યાસ કરવો.
