Section on the ‘Person’ who Entices Beings within the Cycle of Rebirth

ज्ञानवन्तो द्विजा ये च ये च विद्यां पराङ्गताः ॥ उदासीना न गच्छन्ति स्वाम्यर्थे च हता नराः ॥

jñānavanto dvijā ye ca ye ca vidyāṃ parāṅgatāḥ || udāsīnā na gacchanti svāmyarthe ca hatā narāḥ ||

Les dvija savants et ceux qui ont atteint l’excellence dans l’étude n’y vont pas. N’y vont pas non plus les détachés; ni ceux qui furent tués pour la cause de leur seigneur, dans un service fidèle.
