Yogatattva Upanishad — Verse 72

एवं ज्ञानेन्द्रियाणां तु तत्तत्सौख्यं सुसाधयेत् । याममात्रं प्रतिदिनं योगी यत्नादतन्द्रितः ॥७२॥

एवम् ज्ञानेन्द्रियाणाम् तु तत् तत् सौख्यम् सु-साधयेत् । याम-मात्रम् प्रति-दिनम् योगी यत्नात् अ-तन्द्रितः ॥

evaṃ jñānendriyāṇāṃ tu tat tat saukhyaṃ su-sādhayet | yāmamātraṃ pratidinaṃ yogī yatnād atandritaḥ ||72||

Ainsi, à l’égard des organes de connaissance, qu’on accomplisse correctement cette félicité-ci et celle-là comme étant le Soi. Chaque jour, durant un yāma, que le yogin pratique avec effort, sans lassitude.

Thus, with regard to the organs of knowledge, one should properly accomplish (cultivate) that-and-that happiness (as the Self). Every day, for the duration of a yāma, the yogin—striving and unwearied—(should practice).
