Yogatattva

Whatever taste the tongue indeed eats (enjoys)—one should contemplate that as ‘that is the Self’. Whatever the yogin touches with the skin—one should contemplate that as ‘that is the Self’.

Non-duality (Atman–Brahman identity in experience)Mahavakya: Consonant with ‘tat tvam asi’ insofar as it trains recognition of non-separation between the experiencer (‘tvam’) and the experienced (‘tat’) at the level of immediate sensation.Krishna YajurvedaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka-like)
