Verse 63

Yogatattva

ततो रहस्युपाविष्टः प्रणवं प्लुतमात्रया । जपेत् पूर्वार्जितानां तु पापानां नाशहेतवे ॥

ततः । रहसि । उपाविष्टः । प्रणवम् । प्लुत-मात्रया । जपेत् । पूर्व-अर्जितानाम् । तु । पापानाम् । नाश-हेतवे ॥

tato rahasyupāviṣṭaḥ praṇavaṃ plutamātrayā | japet pūrvārjitānāṃ tu pāpānāṃ nāśahetave ||

Ensuite, assis en un lieu retiré, qu’il répète le Praṇava (Oṃ) d’une mesure prolongée (pluta), afin de détruire les fautes accumulées auparavant.

Then, seated in a secluded place, he should repeat the Praṇava (Oṃ) with a prolonged measure (pluta), for the purpose of destroying sins accumulated previously.
