Transliteration

dvijāya vedavijñāya guṇine nirmalātmane | viṣṇubhaktāya viduṣe ānṛśaṃsyaratāya ca

Translation

(Le don) doit être fait à un deux-fois-né connaissant le Véda, vertueux et à l’âme pure; à un savant dévot de Viṣṇu, et à celui qui se plaît dans la compassion.
