Tirtha: Vastrāpatha (in Prabhāsa)
Type: kshetra
Listener: The addressed audience within the narrative frame (and by extension the Purāṇa’s listeners)
Scene: A concluding benediction scene: the narrator proclaims the merit of the Vastrāpatha account; devotees listen and recite; above, a vision of Viṣṇu’s abode (Vaikuṇṭha) appears as the promised destination.
Devotional engagement with tīrtha-māhātmya—hearing and recitation—becomes a direct means to divine attainment.
Vastrāpatha/Vastrāpathakṣetra situated in Prabhāsa-kṣetra is the praised sacred locale.
Śravaṇa and pāṭha of the māhātmya, performed with parā-bhakti (supreme devotion).
