sa māṃ yajati daityendro na me vadhyo balirbhavet | sarvasvadānaniyamaṃ karoti sa mahādhvare

«Le seigneur des Daitya m’adore; ainsi Bali ne doit pas être mis à mort par moi. Dans ce grand sacrifice, il observe le vœu de tout donner en aumône.»
