Nārada (implied by immediate narrative context in Adhyāya 14)
Tirtha: Vastrāpatha-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: null
Scene: A symbolic peace-scene: co-wives without jealousy, lion and elephant resting together, serpent and mongoose coiled calmly, cat and mouse sharing food—an allegory of dharma’s pacifying power.
Even ‘natural’ hostilities can be suspended by a higher dhārmic order—suggesting a sacred condition pervading the region and the narrative moment.
Vastrāpatha Kṣetra (in the Prabhāsa sacred geography) where extraordinary harmony is portrayed.
No explicit ritual; it is a poetic catalog of the cessation of conflict.
