चंद्रलग्नं ग्रहाज्ज्ञात्वा बलिष्ठाज्जन्मराशितः । शकुनं च शुभं लब्ध्वा प्रस्थातव्यं नृपैर्नृप
caṃdralagnaṃ grahājjñātvā baliṣṭhājjanmarāśitaḥ | śakunaṃ ca śubhaṃ labdhvā prasthātavyaṃ nṛpairnṛpa
«Après avoir connu l’ascendant lunaire d’après les planètes—surtout en référence au signe natal le plus puissant—et après avoir obtenu des présages favorables, les rois (et les chefs) doivent se mettre en route, ô roi.»
