Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 72

न हि पश्यति पापात्मा मुक्तः पापेन पश्यति । सेव्यते स गिरिर्नित्यं धातुवादपरैर्नरैः

na hi paśyati pāpātmā muktaḥ pāpena paśyati | sevyate sa girirnityaṃ dhātuvādaparairnaraiḥ

L’âme enchaînée par le péché ne le voit pas vraiment; seul celui qui est délivré du péché peut le contempler. C’est pourquoi cette montagne est sans cesse fréquentée par des hommes voués au dhātuvāda, la doctrine des métaux.
