स तु मूढमतिर्मेने अहं विष्णुरिति प्रिये । चिह्नानि धारयामास चक्रादीनि वरानने
sa tu mūḍhamatirmene ahaṃ viṣṇuriti priye | cihnāni dhārayāmāsa cakrādīni varānane
Mais lui, l’esprit égaré, se crut : «Je suis Viṣṇu», ô bien-aimée. Et, ô toi au beau visage, il se mit à porter les insignes—le disque et les autres.
