Type: temple
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: A pilgrim stands before the Uttaṅkeśvara liṅga, hands steady, eyes lowered in concentration; he touches the liṅga reverently and performs orderly pūjā—water pouring, bilva leaves, lamp—while a subtle aura suggests ‘kilbiṣa’ dissolving.
Reverent engagement—seeing, touching, and worshipping with inner focus—purifies the devotee.
Uttaṅkeśvara in Prabhāsa-kṣetra.
Perform darśana (seeing), sparśana (touching) with concentration, and vidhi-vat pūjā (rule-based worship) with bhakti.
