Tirtha: Someśvara Mahātmya (textual tīrtha) within Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Scene: A devotee recites palm-leaf verses before the Someśvara liṅga; syllables appear as luminous script rising like incense, forming a path toward a moon-crested Śiva in the upper register, symbolizing attainment of Śiva-pada through pāṭha.
Sincere recitation of the Someśvara Māhātmya is itself a means to reach Śiva’s highest state.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra and its presiding deity Someśvara (Somnātha).
Pāṭha (devotional recitation/reading) of the Someśvara glory with earnestness.
