Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Śiva (Īśvara) instructs Devī on a pilgrimage route; in the background a coastal western landscape with a small shrine of Nāradeśvarī near Nāradeśvara. The scene conveys guidance and auspicious transition from one sacred stop to the next.
Pilgrimage to the rightly-situated Devī-Śiva presence is portrayed as a remover of inauspicious karma and life-obstacles.
Nāradeśvarī near Nāradeśvara, located westward within the sacred landscape of Prabhāsa Kṣetra.
The prescription is primarily devotional pilgrimage—‘go’ to the shrine and seek the sāṃnidhya (holy proximity) of the deity.
