Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī
Scene: Candra (Moon-god) approaches a Vināyaka shrine at Prabhāsa, his body marked by pale affliction; after worship with durvā and modaka, a luminous cooling radiance restores him, symbolized by a clear full-moon glow over the coastal temple.
Sincere propitiation of Vighnarāja (Gaṇeśa) removes deep afflictions and grants rightful desires.
Prabhāsakṣetra within the Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa, especially the locale associated with Āśāpūra–Vighnarāja.
The verse highlights devoted worship (samārādhana) of Gaṇādhipa as the means to obtain the boon of healing.
