ईश्वर उवाच । आशापूरं ततो गच्छेद्विघ्नराजमकल्मषम् । शशिभूषण वायव्ये संस्थितं विघ्ननाशनम् । आशां पूरयते यस्मात्तेनाशापूरकः स्मृतः
īśvara uvāca | āśāpūraṃ tato gacchedvighnarājamakalmaṣam | śaśibhūṣaṇa vāyavye saṃsthitaṃ vighnanāśanam | āśāṃ pūrayate yasmāttenāśāpūrakaḥ smṛtaḥ
Īśvara dit : « Ensuite, qu’on se rende à Āśāpūra, auprès de Vighnarāja, le Seigneur des obstacles, sans tache, destructeur des empêchements, établi au nord-ouest de Śaśibhūṣaṇa. Parce qu’il accomplit les espérances, on se souvient de lui comme “Āśāpūraka”, l’Accomplisseur des vœux. »
