Transliteration

matsyaiḥ saha gatāḥ svargaṃ devikāyāḥ prabhāvataḥ | caitrasyaiva tu māsasya śuklapakṣe trayodaśīm

Translation

Par la puissance sacrée de Devikā, ils gagnèrent le ciel avec les poissons. Ce mérite est lié au treizième jour lunaire, durant la quinzaine claire du mois de Caitra.
