Narrator (within Prabhāsakṣetra-māhātmya; likely Sūta/Lomaharṣaṇa in Purāṇic frame)

Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra

Type: kshetra

Listener: Inquirer within māhātmya frame (not specified in excerpt)

Scene: Sages, still wrathful, grasp the dead king’s left arm and churn it as if a ritual manthana; from the arm, a first being begins to emerge, half-formed, in a moment of uncanny birth.

The narration belongs to the Prabhāsakṣetra-māhātmya; the site’s glory is supported through exemplary dhārmic histories.
