Devas (continuing their appeal)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Hari-Hara concord locus)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devas explain that they reported everything near Rudra, who then dispatched them onward; now they stand beside Janārdana, asking him to be their gati (refuge/path).
Divine order operates through guidance and delegation; the devotee’s duty is to seek refuge and follow the path shown by the Lord.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, where divine counsel and protection are narrated as manifest.
None directly; the verse stresses nivedana (placing one’s case before the Divine) and śaraṇāgati.
