Transliteration

sadā pūjyo mahādeva unnatasthānavāsibhiḥ | māghe māsi caturdaśyāṃ viśeṣastatra jāgare

Translation

Mahādeva doit être honoré sans cesse par les habitants d’Unnata-sthāna. Au mois de Māgha, le quatorzième jour lunaire, la veille (jāgara) accomplie là est d’un mérite tout particulier.
