Transliteration

purā devāsure yuddhe nivṛtte somakāraṇāt | pitāmahasya vacanāttārāṃ candraḥ samarpayat

Translation

Autrefois, lorsque la guerre entre les dieux et les asura s’apaisa à cause de l’affaire du Soma, la Lune, sur l’ordre du Grand-Père primordial, rendit Tārā.
