Śiva (deduced from Prabhāsakṣetra-māhātmya dialogue context)
Tirtha: Someśvara (Somnātha) at Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Scene: A pilgrim stands before the Someśvara liṅga, hands folded; a scribe or companion marks the lunar tithi; a calendar motif appears, showing the devotee fasting on the same tithi across the months.
Darśana of Someśvara is so meritorious that it should be commemorated through sustained devotional discipline (vrata) rather than treated as a one-time event.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, centered on the worship and darśana of Someśvara (Somnātha).
To observe a fast (upoṣa/upavāsa) on the same tithi of the Someśvara darśana, continuing for one year with devotion.
