Transliteration

yatra saptarṣayo muṣṭāstenaiva muninā priye | tasyaiva paścime bhāge marīcipramukhā dvijāḥ

Translation

Là, ô bien-aimée, les Sept Ṛṣi furent «retenus» par ce même sage (Vālmīki). Et dans la partie occidentale de ce lieu demeurent des brāhmanes conduits par Marīci.
