ततः कालपरीतास्ते वृष्ण्यंधकमहारथाः । अपश्यन्नुद्धवं यांतं तेजसाऽदीप्य रोदसी

tataḥ kālaparītāste vṛṣṇyaṃdhakamahārathāḥ | apaśyannuddhavaṃ yāṃtaṃ tejasā'dīpya rodasī

Alors, ces grands guerriers-charretiers des Vṛṣṇi et des Andhaka—accablés par la puissance du Temps—virent Uddhava s’éloigner, flamboyant d’une splendeur qui semblait illuminer ciel et terre.
