Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra

Listener: Ṛṣis (frame typical)
Scene: Manu as Agnīdhra tends the fire-gates and maintains ritual flame; Aṅgirā as Unnetṛ carries/raises soma or leads offering conveyance; Brahmā, dignified and radiant, surveys the pavilions and moves onward after installing all priests.
Orderly preparation and rightful appointment of duties are themselves acts of dharma that empower sacred rites.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, where even Manu and Aṅgiras are portrayed serving the sacrificial system.
It names Agnīdhra and Unnetṛ offices and indicates priests are to be installed across ritual maṇḍapas.
