Īśvara (as explicitly marked in the verse)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: A radiant Soma stands beside Brahmā; a devotee/attendant prostrates fully (daṇḍavat) on the earth, hands extended, head to ground, in a sacred assembly atmosphere.
Even when performing great works, humility and reverence toward divine authorities (Soma and Brahmā) is upheld as the mark of dharma.
Prabhāsakṣetra indirectly, since the Brahmaloka visit is undertaken to invite Soma for the Prabhāsa yajña.
Dāṇḍavat praṇāma (full prostration) as a gesture of reverence before making a formal invitation.
