Īśvara (narrator voice as given in the verse)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: The immediate audience within the māhātmya frame (sages/seekers)
Scene: Īśvara narrates: a remorseful figure, permitted by Dakṣa, travels toward Prabhāsa with downcast face; the landscape opens into a luminous coastal sacred field.
Remorse for wrongdoing can become the turning point that leads one to a tīrtha, where purification and restoration are possible.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, introduced as the destination of a sorrowful pilgrim.
No explicit ritual; the act of going to the kṣetra itself is framed as spiritually meaningful.
