अनादृत्य तु ते वाक्यं रोहिण्यां निरतो रहः । रेमे कामपरीतात्मा अस्माकं शोकवर्द्धनः
anādṛtya tu te vākyaṃ rohiṇyāṃ nirato rahaḥ | reme kāmaparītātmā asmākaṃ śokavarddhanaḥ
«Méprisant ton injonction, il demeura en secret attaché à Rohiṇī ; l’âme envahie par le désir, il se livra aux plaisirs—ne faisant qu’accroître notre affliction.»
