ईश्वर उवाच । एवं विध्वंसिते यज्ञे गतास्ते ब्राह्मणा गृहम् । अप्राप्तकामना देवि ये चान्ये तत्र वै गताः
īśvara uvāca | evaṃ vidhvaṃsite yajñe gatāste brāhmaṇā gṛham | aprāptakāmanā devi ye cānye tatra vai gatāḥ
Īśvara dit : Lorsque le sacrifice eut été ainsi détruit, ces brāhmaṇas retournèrent chez eux ; et les autres aussi qui s’y étaient rendus, ô Devī, s’en allèrent, leurs désirs demeurant inassouvis.
