उद्यन्नद्य मित्रमहः प्रथममक्षरं जपेत् । द्वितीयं पूजयेद्देवि शुकेषु मे हरिमेति वै
udyannadya mitramahaḥ prathamamakṣaraṃ japet | dvitīyaṃ pūjayeddevi śukeṣu me harimeti vai
On doit réciter la première syllabe-semence avec le mantra « udyann adya mitramahaḥ… ». La seconde, ô Déesse, doit être vénérée avec « śukeṣu me hariḥ… ».
