Skanda (deduced from Prabhāsa Māhātmya narrative style)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Somnātha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devī appears in a sequence of forms: Revatī as gentle auspicious mother; Harasiddhi as siddhi-giving goddess with a boon-granting hand; Durgā with lion and weapons; Viṣamalochanā with striking, asymmetrical, all-seeing eyes; Sahajā as a luminous inner flame; Kulajā as regal, clan-protecting matron; Kubjā as enigmatic, slightly bent yet powerful; Māyāvī casting a veil of illusion; Śāṃbhavī-kriyā as a radiant current linking Devī to a nearby Śiva-liṅga.
The Goddess is praised as the many-named, all-effective power of Śiva—approached through reverent remembrance of her names.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Prabhāsatīrtha region), within the Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa’s Prabhāsakṣetramāhātmya.
This verse itself is part of a stotra (name-recitation); the explicit vrata/japa rules appear in later verses of the same adhyāya.
