ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः । वृद्धिकामाश्च पितरो वरदास्तव राघव । दर्शनं हि प्रयच्छंति स्वप्नान्ते हि स्ववंशजे
brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ | vṛddhikāmāśca pitaro varadāstava rāghava | darśanaṃ hi prayacchaṃti svapnānte hi svavaṃśaje
Les brāhmaṇas dirent : «Ô Rāghava, tes Pitṛs (Ancêtres), désirant le bien et l’accroissement de ta lignée et dispensateurs de grâces, accordent vraiment leur vision : ils se manifestent à la fin du songe à celui qui est né de leur propre race.»
