Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 38

शापदोषात्ततस्तस्मात्ताः स्त्रियो गां गते हरौ । हृताः पांचनदैश्चौरैरर्जुनस्य प्रपश्यतः

śāpadoṣāttatastasmāttāḥ striyo gāṃ gate harau | hṛtāḥ pāṃcanadaiścaurairarjunasya prapaśyataḥ

Ainsi, sous l’effet de la souillure de cette malédiction, lorsque Hari (Viṣṇu) fut parti pour le ciel, ces femmes furent enlevées par des voleurs du pays de Pañcanada, sous les yeux d’Arjuna.
