प्रसीदति न विश्वात्मा वैष्णवे चापमानिते । अश्वत्थं छेदयेद्यो वै एकैकस्मिंश्च पर्वणि
prasīdati na viśvātmā vaiṣṇave cāpamānite | aśvatthaṃ chedayedyo vai ekaikasmiṃśca parvaṇi
Le Soi universel (Viśvātman) ne se réjouit point lorsqu’un vaiṣṇava est outragé ; et quiconque abat un aśvattha, surtout à chaque parvan (temps sacré), contracte un lourd démérite.
