Jour après jour, ils obtiennent le mérite loué dans tous les Purāṇa : ceux qui préparent une nourriture cuite faite de grains de havis (grains sacrificiels) pour l’offrir avec dévotion.
Skanda (deduced from Dvārakā Māhātmya narrative style within Skanda Purāṇa)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devotees in Dvārakā cook havis-grains in clean vessels, offer a steaming naivedya before a Viṣṇu shrine, then serve prasāda to pilgrims seated in rows; temple flags and sea-breeze implied.
Regular devotional offering—especially sanctified food prepared in a sacred manner—accumulates Purāṇic merit steadily, day by day.
The teaching belongs to Dvārakā Māhātmya in the Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa, framing Dvārakā as a place where Vaiṣṇava worship yields exceptional merit.
Preparing cooked food from havis-type grains as a devotional offering (naivedya) in a consecrated, dharmic way.
