Type: kshetra
Listener: Brāhmaṇa sages
Scene: Prahlāda, radiant and composed, addresses an assembly of brāhmaṇas on the banks of the Gomati; behind him rises Dvārakā’s temple skyline and the suggestion of Kṛṣṇa’s presence as a luminous aura.
Hearing the kṣetra-māhātmya with faith dispels delusion and strengthens bhakti.
Dvārakā, particularly in relation to the Gomati and the presence of Kṛṣṇa.
Śravaṇa—devout listening to the māhātmya (sacred account) of Dvārakā.
