Skanda (deduced from section context)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Scene: A night-long vigil in Dvārakā: devotees seated with lamps, conch and cymbals, reciting and singing Hari’s names; the temple silhouette and sea-breeze implied; a central icon of Hari/Kṛṣṇa receiving worship.
The text proclaims bhakti-vrata supremacy: Hari’s jāgara multiplies merit beyond extensive scriptural recitation.
Dvārakā, as the Māhātmya framework in which Hari’s observance is praised.
Observe (perform) the jāgaraṇa—night-vigil—for Hari.
